Join the Clark Public Utilities' StreamTeam for a great day of restoration activities, environmental education, and fun! We have a variety of activities including tree plantings, pottings, monitoring and maintenance events to fit everybody's interests!

Saturday, March 10th 2007...
Come join the Clark Public Utilities’ StreamTeam on March 10th! We will be planting native trees to recreate habitat for salmon, reduce exotic invasive species and clean the water by reducing erosion! We will supply a great day of planting, community camaraderie and environmental education.

Friends of Trees is gearing up to take care of trees planted during the winter months in neighborhoods and urban natural areas, and we need your help! At Care events volunteers shear weeds, water and mulch. Brookside Park site maintenance includes sheering weeds and mulching newly established native trees, shrubs and herbaceous material. Tools, gloves and snacks will be provided. Don’t forget to dress to get dirty and wear sturdy shoes! Come have fun and help keep our parks beautiful!
