Description:
Owners and stylists from over 45 Aveda salons are coming together for an enormous cut-a-thon hosted at Aveda Institute Portland. Imagine 100 stylists working side by side to provide beautiful haircuts and blowouts with 100% of the proceeds going to a local nonprofit, Columbia Riverkeeper www.columbiariverkeeper.org.

We will have 100 styling stations FULL and running at the same time with representation from all of our Aveda Salon partners and Aveda Institute students. The day will be kicked off by local radio personalities and include great music, food, beverages, and of course the public will walk away with a fabulous haircut or blowout for a nominal suggested donation. Your donations will support Aveda’s local Earth Month partner, Columbia Riverkeepers, working to preserve clean water in the Columbia River. This is an event the Portland community will love and embrace.
