To All Volunteers Seeking Summer Excitement:

Have an unrealized artistic flair?

Please join us as a volunteer at the seventh annual Explorando El Columbia Slough on Saturday, June 21, 2008! Both English and Spanish-speaking volunteers are needed to assist with interpretation, paddling, games, refreshments, parking, and cleanup. Every volunteer will receive an official Explorando T-shirt!

This bilingual family environmental festival celebrates nature in the city and the environment of the Columbia Slough. Explorando offers events and activities for all ages in Spanish and English. The event is free.

Activities include:
? FREE guided canoe trips
? Live music, dancing, & bilingual storytelling
? Arts & Crafts
? Rock Climbing
? Environmental games and activities
? Workshops
? Refreshments and more!

Time: 1:00 – 5:00 PM, Saturday, June 21, 2008
