- The place to recycle #s 4,5 & 6 CLEAN white block foam (from tvs, etc) is PC Plastics, 5530 NE 122nd Unit D. It is NOT well signed, behind a building, etc. So I would suggest calling before you go. John Gogol is the owner the number is 503-720-7689. THERE IS A CHARGE OF $1 PER CARLOAD.
- A place to recycle agricultural plastics is Agri-Plas, in Kaiser, OR. (near Salem) They will take and recycle almost any type of plastic, including baling twine, ground cover, seed bags, hop sacks, triple rinsed pesticide containers & 55 gallon drums, greenhouse film, flower pots, trays, styrene, starter pots, milk jugs, fertilizer bags. If you drop off your recyclables I believe it is free of charge. Items must be free of loose dirt and contaminates, but things don't have to be pristine. They are located at 948 McNary Estates Dr. N, Keizer (but they may be moving soon so I suggest calling) Their number is 503-390-2381.
