Monique Dupre grew up on a farm near Astoria with solar electricity and gravity fed water, raising pigs, cattle, and chickens. Now that she has her own family, Monique rarely goes to the grocery store, buying organic and locally produced foods direct from the source. Monique’s popular workshops prove that it is possible to live a very sustainable lifestyle while on a tight budget. Individual classes are $35.
