This workshop session will focus on building a cold frame, which can be used for seed-starting and hardening off transplants in the spring, and as a season extender in the fall. During the workshop, instructors will review tools and techniques for garden construction (Intro to Building Garden Structures class is recommended prior to the workshop), and then participants will be guided through building their own structure. Materials and a limited selection of tools will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring their own tools, if available. Each participant will leave the class with their very own cold frame!
