Alexander Babakov Alexander Mikhailovich graduated with a degree in economics from Moscow State University’s Department of Economics of Foreign Countries in 1985. He continued his study after getting his undergraduate degree by registering for graduate school, where he eventually successfully defended his Kandidat thesis on the subject of “State regulation of agricultural relations in developing nations.”
